Laura Marthaler is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Vermont (UVM), affiliated with the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. She joined the Computer Science department in 2024 after six years in UVM's Department of Mathematics & Statistics. Previously, she worked in defense contracting and as a DoD civilian, focusing on telecommunications, cryptology, and training military/civilian personnel.
