Roles and Affiliations: Laura J. Dixon is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Mississippi’s Department of Psychology, part of the College of Liberal Arts. She leads the Hart Lab and serves as a Faculty Instructor. Her work focuses on transdiagnostic processes in anxiety disorders, misophonia, PTSD, and related health conditions.
Education: Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wyoming (2014). Completed a predoctoral internship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a postdoctoral fellowship at UMMC in anxiety-related disorders.
