Dr. Laura Humphrys is a Research Fellow in Drug Discovery Biology at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Monash University. Previously, she held a postdoctoral position at the University of Regensburg, Germany (2019–2022), focusing on peptide-based medicinal chemistry and CRISPR gene editing. She earned her PhD in Neuropharmacology from the University of Nottingham (2015–2020) and an MSci in Neuroscience from the same institution (2011–2015), with a year spent at the University of Melbourne.
