Dr Laura Hughes-Gerber is a **Lecturer in Law (Human Rights)** at the **Law School**, part of the **Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS)** at Lancaster University. She is a member of **Lonsdale College** and holds the **Advance HE Fellowship**. Her research focuses on two main areas: **Public International Law** (specializing in International Diplomatic Law and Human Rights Law) and **Legal Education**, particularly student support systems.
