Laura Garcia Rodriguez

Laura Garcia Rodriguez is a Lecturer at the Department of Psychology (FEP) within the Faculty of Education and Psychology at the Universidad de Navarra. She is affiliated with the MIPAC (Métodos e Investigación en Psicología Afectiva y Cognitiva) and VOICES (Voces de Innovación y Creatividad en la Educación y la Sociedad) research groups. Her work focuses on emotional intelligence, teacher-student dynamics, and classroom climate.

She earned her Doctorate from Universidad de Navarra in 2022 with a thesis titled "Apego e inteligencia emocional del profesorado influencia en la relación con los alumnos y el clima de aula", supervised by Dr. Charo Repáraz Abaitua and Dr. Concha Iriarte Redín.

Her research interests bridge educational psychology and affective cognition, emphasizing practical applications in educational settings. She contributes to interdisciplinary teams exploring creativity in education and societal innovation.
