Laura Fritsch is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation within Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She collaborates with Alan Morrison, the Intesa Sanpaolo Professor of Business, Ethics, and Finance. Her research focuses on climate strategy, gender dynamics in corporate governance, and market reactions to corporate communication. She holds a DPhil (PhD) from Oxford Saïd, alongside advanced degrees in Law and Economics.

Professional Experience: Co-founder and CIO of Oka (carbon insurance via Lloyd's of London), advisor to climate tech firms, and clerk at Brazil's Lava Jato judicial task force. She contributed to OECD-backed anti-corruption frameworks in Argentina and Colombia, and worked at the UN Mission of Brazil.
