Laura Eigel is an Adjunct Lecturer and Director of the Organizational Psychology Program at Southern Methodist University (SMU). She is also the founder of The Catch Group, an executive coaching and consultancy firm. Her roles include leadership development for Fortune 50 companies and C-suite executives, with prior experience at PepsiCo and YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), where she led global learning strategies for 30,000+ CEOs. She serves on the faculty of 50/50 Women on Boards, advocating for gender balance in corporate governance.
