Laura Argiz Álvarez

Laura Argiz Álvarez is affiliated with the University of Navarra through dual institutional roles:

She earned her Doctorate from the University of Santiago de Compostela in 2025 with a thesis focused on diagnostic criteria for Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES) and predictive factors for severe reactions during oral provocation tests. Her research specialization centers on clinical immunology and allergology, particularly in developing safer diagnostic protocols for food allergies in pediatric populations. Current work emphasizes improving reliability of FPIES diagnosis through evidence-based clinical strategies.
