Lapo Mola is an Associate Professor at SKEMA Business School and leads the Knowledge, Technology and Organization research center. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics of Communication from IULM University and specializes in digital transformation, organizational design, and enterprise systems.
Research Focus: Examines how digital technologies reshape business processes, including e-commerce optimization, IT governance, and sustainability-driven innovation.
