Mani Subramani is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information & Decision Sciences at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. His research examines how organizations develop capabilities through knowledge management, enterprise systems, and digital technologies.

- DBA in Information Systems, Boston University (1997)
Research Focus: Dr. Subramani investigates three core domains: 1) Individual learning mechanisms in professional contexts, 2) Organizational knowledge creation and dissemination processes, and 3) How enterprise technologies transform firm capabilities. His work bridges information systems, organizational theory, and strategic management.
Publications: His extensive publication record in premier journals demonstrates consistent focus on technology-mediated organizational phenomena, including e-commerce impacts, virtual collaboration, knowledge repositories, and interorganizational systems. Recent work examines enterprise systems in M&A contexts and trust dynamics in networks.
