Prof. Lan Pei-Jia is a Distinguished Professor of Sociology at National Taiwan University (NTU), serving as Director of the Global Asia Research Center and Associate Dean of the College of Social Sciences. Her research focuses on migration, family dynamics, and social stratification, with notable contributions to understanding global labor migration and transnational parenting. She holds affiliations with prestigious institutions including UC Berkeley, New York University, and Harvard University through postdoctoral and fellowship programs.
