Recent publications highlight trends in late Roman coin hoards (2024), Sarmatian amulets (2023), and Brigetio bath excavations (2023), revealing shifts in economic and political landscapes during Roman decline. His 2021 monograph on the Aquincum hoard connects barbarian invasions (258-260 AD) to civil settlement abandonment.

- Ernst Mach Scholarship (2010)

Juhász collaborates with institutions like the Klapka György Museum and Bulgarian archaeologists. He contributes to rescue excavations (e.g., flood control projects) and examines bronze statuettes as Roman military propaganda. His 2021 study on Thracian medallions in Brigetio underscores their role in eastern campaign souvenirs.
