LaVerene Garner

LaVerene Garner is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Hawai'i Pacific University’s Graduate College of Health Sciences. She holds advanced credentials including PT, DPT, and EdD degrees. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she specializes in neurology and integrative healthcare, particularly in fall prevention for older adults, multiple sclerosis management, and clinical education innovation. Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, such as developing yoga and meditation programs for military concussion recovery.
