LaToya Brown

LaToya Brown is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Behavior and Clinical Sciences at the University of Michigan School of Nursing, where she teaches undergraduate nursing students. Based in Room 3180 NURS1 at 400 North Ingalls Building, Ann Arbor, MI, she specializes in clinical practice and nursing education with certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-C).

Her DNP project developed a transition planning tool for sickle cell disease patients through collaboration with hematologists, advocates, and institutional experts, with a manuscript currently under revision for publication.
