LaChaun J. Banks is an Instructor at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service, where she contributes to academic and leadership programs. Concurrently, she serves as the inaugural Director for Equity and Inclusion at Harvard University’s Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, spearheading initiatives like the City Leader Guide for Equitable Economic Development under the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative.
Research Interests: Her work centers on advancing equity in governance, inclusive economic development strategies, and public sector leadership. These interests bridge interdisciplinary fields such as public administration, social justice, and community-driven policy design.
