Darryl Graves is a Workshop Instructor at the Voinovich Academy for Excellence in Public Service, part of Ohio University's Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service. With over 30 years in corrections, he currently serves as a Reentry Administrator for Ohio's Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC), overseeing reentry initiatives across 43 Ohio counties. His work focuses on coalition-building, grant management, and systemic reforms to improve prisoner reintegration.
Education includes a BA in Psychology and advanced leadership training through Ohio University's Executive Leadership Institute and Harvard Kennedy School's Creating Collaborative Solutions program. He holds specialized certifications as a Certified Public Manager, Certified Coach Practitioner, and Master Trainer in leadership development.
