LIN Fangwen

LIN Fangwen is an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB), Singapore Management University. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategy & Policy from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a B.B.A. in Global Business Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. His research focuses on emerging market strategy, nonmarket strategy, organizational theory, and social impact. In 2024, he served as a Visiting Staff Associate of Research at Columbia Business School.

His work has been recognized with awards such as the OMT Responsible Research Award finalist (AOM 2022), Kwok Leung Dissertation Grant (IACMR 2022), and NUS Overseas Research Immersion Award. His research explores how firms navigate institutional transitions through nonmarket strategies, particularly in contexts like Taiwan’s Sunflower Movement.
