LIM Leon Gim is a Full-Time Assistant Professor of Marketing (Education) at the College of Integrative Studies (CIS), Singapore Management University. Her research focuses on the accountability and financial consequences of marketing strategies, with a particular emphasis on pricing, customer satisfaction, mergers & acquisitions, and vertical integration.

Research Interests:
She investigates the outcomes of marketing actions from stakeholder perspectives, including topics like marketing information disclosure, retail bankruptcies, controversial marketing, and digital marketing. Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Marketing and the International Journal of Research in Marketing.
Teaching:
Leon Gim teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including MIM and MBA programs, with subjects like consumer analytics, digital marketing, and pricing. She currently leads the Big Questions course in the Civilisations pillar of the Core Curriculum at CIS.
Professional Engagement:
She serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for international conferences (e.g., EMAC Annual Conference) and journals, including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, and Journal of Business Research.
