L.J. McElravy

L.J. McElravy is an Associate Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication, where he focuses on leadership assessment, positive psychology-based training, and shared leadership systems for problem-solving. His military experience in the U.S. Army informs his developmental approach to leadership. He is actively involved in the Nebraska Rural Poll and the Community Vitality Initiative, addressing rural civic action, well-being, and policy perceptions.
