Shoshanah Inwood is an Associate Professor at The Ohio State University’s School of Environment and Natural Resources (SENR), specializing in rural sociology and the intersection of agriculture, environment, and society. Her research addresses community and economic development through themes like health and well-being in food systems, social factors affecting farm growth, and food system resilience during disasters. She co-directs the Center for Community and Working Landscapes in Wooster, Ohio, integrating qualitative and quantitative methods to study agricultural sustainability.
