Gábor Kósa is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chinese Studies at Eötvös Loránd University (since 2014). Previously, he held positions as Assistant Professor (2009–2014) at the same department and as Associate/Assistant Professor at Dharma Gate Buddhist College (2005–2014). His research focuses on Manichaeism, cosmogonic myths, shamanism, and Chinese religions.
