Kätlin Pulk

Kätlin Pulk is an Associate Professor at Estonian Business School, where she has been a full-time faculty member since September 2022. She previously served as Associate Professor (part-time), Vice Rector for Research, and Head of Doctoral Studies at the same institution. Her academic career spans organizational theory and organization studies with a specialized focus on time and temporality in organizations.

Kätlin Pulk's research focuses on time and temporality in organizations and organizing. Her research bridges philosophical perspectives with practical organizational challenges, particularly examining how organizations navigate temporal complexities in changing environments. She has developed frameworks for understanding how time is constructed and experienced within organizations, with applications across various sectors including education, public administration, and industry.

Her recent publications reveal a strong trend toward examining the intersection of time, events, and organizational processes. The articles demonstrate increasing interest in philosophical foundations of organization studies, particularly phenomenology and process philosophy.
