Kyriaki Fousiani is an Assistant Professor at the University of Groningen’s Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences, Department of Organizational Psychology. Her research focuses on justice, power dynamics, negotiations, and intergroup relations, with a particular emphasis on leadership, conflict management, and creativity in organizational contexts. She holds a PhD and actively contributes to academic networks such as the LeverAge European network and Wellbeing & Older Women@Work.
