Kyle Singhal serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University School of Law and partners at Hopwood & Singhal, PLLC, specializing in federal appellate litigation, civil rights advocacy, and post-conviction criminal proceedings.

Research and Practice Focus: His work centers on high-stakes federal wire-fraud appeals ($10M-$200M losses), challenges to administrative agency actions, multi-million-dollar receivership disputes, employment discrimination, and constitutional litigation under § 1983, Bivens, and the Federal Tort Claims Act. He frequently handles habeas corpus and compassionate release motions.

- Champion of the National Moot Court Competition (top performer among 175 law schools)
- Winner of the Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court (argued before Justice Sonia Sotomayor)
