Kyle Lynn Grazier is the Richard Carl Jelinek Professor of Health Services Management and Policy and a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Her research focuses on improving access to behavioral health care for vulnerable populations through innovative payment models and integration of primary care with community systems.

Dr. Grazier’s work examines the impact of insurance, financing, and payment methods on behavioral health service delivery. She leads the HRSA-funded Behavioral Health Workforce Research Center and evaluates Michigan’s Medicaid expansion under the Healthy Michigan Plan. Her international collaborations include behavioral health integration frameworks in Croatia through a Fulbright Fellowship.
Scientific awards include a Fulbright Fellowship. She teaches courses in health care finance and insurance, including HMP609 (Special Topics in Corporate Finance) and HMP631 (Health Insurance and Payment Systems).
