Kyle Frederic Herkenhoff

Kyle Frederic Herkenhoff is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Minnesota and a Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. His research focuses on labor economics, market power, credit markets, and public policy.

His work explores monopsony in labor markets, credit constraints affecting entrepreneurship, and the role of informal bankruptcy mechanisms. He has published in top journals including American Economic Review, Econometrica, and Journal of Political Economy.
