Kyle Faircloth is an Associate Professor of Intercultural Studies and Director of the Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies program at Palm Beach Atlantic University's School of Ministry. Prior to joining PBA in 2019, he spent fifteen years in intercultural ministry work in Southeast Asia, including teaching at Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary and directing Doctor of Missiology programs. His academic journey includes a PhD in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Bristol and graduate degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Research interests span theology of religions, intercultural studies, missiology, and East Asian philosophy. His publications include peer-reviewed journal articles and significant books like Guidebook to the Road Less Traveled (2000) and contributions to missiological texts. He has presented at theological conferences in Malaysia and Australia.
Dr. Faircloth's professional background combines academic leadership with practical ministry experience, including community development efforts in Southeast Asia and relief work in Haiti. He credits PBA with shaping his passion for intercultural ministry through mission-focused courses and international trips. His career reflects a unique blend of theological scholarship and cross-cultural engagement.
