Dr. Kyle Conkle is an Assistant Professor of Sport Management at Shorter University's College of Humanities and Social Sciences. A former student-athlete at Pensacola State College, Darton State College, and the University of North Alabama (UNA), where he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in Sport Management, he later completed a Master's in Theological Studies at Liberty University and a PhD in Sport Management at Troy University. At UNA, he held progressively responsible roles in athletic operations, including transitioning the university to Division I status and managing facility renovations.
