Kyle Beyer is an Assistant Professor in the Health Sciences Department at Ursinus College and serves as Director of the Resistance Exercise, Physiology, & Sport (REPS) Laboratory. His work bridges scientific research with practical applications in exercise physiology and sports science.

His research focuses on human physiology during exercise and sport, particularly:
- Physiological adaptations to strength and conditioning programs
- Evaluation of emerging fitness technologies
- Maturity-related performance differences in youth athletes
Active in academic dissemination, Kyle Beyer has presented research at the National Strength and Conditioning Association Mid-Atlantic and National Conferences. He mentors students in hands-on research experiences, as demonstrated by Rianne Moll and David Kenny's national presentations.
The REPS Laboratory, located in the Wellness Center Building, provides a hub for applied research in exercise physiology, training methodologies, and athlete development.
