Kuldeep Agarwal is a Professor and Graduate Coordinator in the Department of Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering at Minnesota State University, Mankato, under the College of Science, Engineering & Technology. He holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Quality Engineer.

Dr. Agarwal's research focuses on additive manufacturing, particularly binder jet 3D printing, composites manufacturing, lean manufacturing, and process improvement. His work bridges industrial applications with academic innovation, especially in biomedical and automotive sectors. He has led research on biocomposites for bone scaffolds, mechanical behavior of additively manufactured composites, and process optimization using statistical methods.
The recent publications reflect a strong trend in materials development and process parameter optimization in additive manufacturing, with applications in biomedical implants, structural components, and industrial productivity. His research integrates experimental design, materials characterization, and manufacturing systems engineering.

He also serves as Graduate Coordinator, guiding academic programs and student development.
