Prof. Dr. Kudret YILDIRIM is a faculty member at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Sakarya University. With a PhD from Sussex University (School of Chemistry, Physics and Environmental Sciences), he specializes in biochemistry and steroid biotransformation via fungal enzymes.
Research Interests: His work focuses on microbial conversion of steroids (e.g., testosterone, pregnenolone, DHEA), biocatalysis, enzymatic reactions, and computational studies (molecular docking). He has published extensively in journals like Biocatalysis and Biotransformation and Journal of Chemical Research.
