Dr. Kristy Martin is an Assistant Professor in the Discipline of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Canberra. Her research focuses on mental fatigue's impact on cognitive and physical performance, with collaborations involving elite sports, healthcare, and the Australian Defence Force. She lectures in anatomy, physiology, and exercise physiology.
