Kristy Clairmont is a part-time Professor of Practice and Director of the Career Development Office at the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona. She is a dedicated legal educator and practitioner with expertise in family law and children's rights, actively contributing to legal access initiatives and professional development programs.

Her research and professional interests center on family law, children's rights, and innovative legal education models, including the development of Arizona’s Legal Paraprofessional program. She emphasizes practical training, access to justice, and career development for law students.
Kristy is an active member of the legal community, serving on the State Bar of Arizona Access to Justice Committee and as a board member for Step Up to Justice, a nonprofit providing civil legal aid. Her work bridges academic instruction with real-world legal service and policy development.
