Kristopher Thomas is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Humanistic Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University. He holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology from Fuller Theological Seminary, alongside advanced degrees including a Master’s in Theology, Psychology, and Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, he serves as a neuropsychologist at Oregon State Hospital, specializing in treating severely mentally ill patients and conducting cognitive, personality, and neuropsychological assessments for complex cases. His professional expertise spans neuropsychology, geropsychology, psychoanalytic theory, and the intersections of psychology with philosophy and theology.
Dr. Thomas has extensive teaching experience, having instructed undergraduate and graduate courses in abnormal psychology, personality psychology, statistics, research methods, and clinical assessment. He emphasizes clinical training and supervision in his academic work. His academic background and professional roles reflect a commitment to integrating interdisciplinary approaches in mental health care and education.
