Kristiyan Stoyanov is a Teaching Fellow at Durham Law School and a final-year PhD candidate specialising in International Economic Law, International Environmental Law, and EU Law. His research focuses on WTO compliance, renewable energy subsidies, and EU legal frameworks. He is affiliated with the Durham CELLS and the Centre for Sustainable Development Law and Policy.
Education:
- MJur from Durham University (2020), thesis on WTO law enforcement in the EU/US
- LL.B in European Legal Studies from the University of Westminster (with a year abroad at the University of Antwerp)
