Kristina Gordon is an Associate Dean for Community Engagement and Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her clinical internship at Brown University. Her research focuses on relational health, particularly developing accessible interventions for couples, including low-income populations and Latino families. She has led major grants funded by Templeton and NSF, exploring partnerships between universities, churches, and communities to deliver relationship education and stress-reduction technologies for dementia caregivers. Her work has been widely cited in media such as the New York Times and Psychology Today.
