Kristin S. Ivey

Kristin S. Ivey is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at Appalachian State University, based at the Hickory Campus, where she has taught since 2010. She holds a B.S. in Sociology (Criminology/Social Control), an M.A. in Higher Education (Teaching Sociology), and an Ed.S. in Higher Education (Adult Learning).

Her research explores sociological dimensions of:
