Kristin O'Rourke is a Senior Lecturer at Dartmouth College, holding affiliations with the Departments of Art History, Comparative Literature, and the MALS Program. Her research focuses on 18th-19th century French art institutions, including museums, academies, and Salon criticism. She is currently investigating Eugène Delacroix's role in the transition from Classicism to Romanticism through critical discourse and posthumous tributes.
