Dr. Krista E. Wiegand is a Professor and Director of the Center for National Security and Foreign Affairs at the Howard H. Baker School of Public Policy and Public Affairs, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She joined UTK in 2014 after nine years at Georgia Southern University. With a PhD in Political Science from Duke University (2004), her expertise spans International Relations, Territorial Disputes, and Indo-Pacific security dynamics.
