Korhan Adalier is a Teaching Professor and Program Coordinator for the Civil & Environmental Engineering program at Florida State University Panama City (FSUPC). He has held academic positions at Eastern Mediterranean University, Nanyang Technological University, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute prior to joining FSUPC in 2003, where he also serves as Director of Engineering Programs.

- M.S. in Civil Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1992)
- BSc. in Civil Engineering, Bogazici University (1987)
Research Interests
Professor Adalier specializes in geotechnical engineering, soil mechanics, earthquake engineering, soil dynamics, ground improvement, and forensic engineering in natural/man-made earth structures. His work spans theoretical and applied aspects of geotechnical systems under seismic conditions.
Scientific Recognition
- Casimir Gzowski Medal (2005) by the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering
Professional Contributions
