Korey Patrizi

Korey Patrizi, OD, is an Assistant Professor at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Drexel University. He specializes in Primary Care Optometry and holds a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Pittsburgh.

His research interests include the impact of nutritional factors on visual health, as evidenced by a 2018 study published in JAMA Ophthalmology examining the effects of chocolate consumption on visual acuity and contrast sensitivity. He is certified in Ocular Disease and Primary Care by the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Dr. Patrizi contributes to clinical education and maintains an active role in advancing optometric research through collaborative studies.
