Konstantinos Vergos

Konstantinos Vergos is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth’s School of Accounting, Economics and Finance, within the Faculty of Business and Law. He previously held teaching roles in institutions across Greece, Poland, Cyprus, and the United States, specializing in advanced financial topics such as risk management, corporate governance, and financial engineering. With over 20 years of professional experience, including 14 years in managerial roles in banking and brokerage sectors, he has extensive expertise in fund management and investment committees. He is a certified financial analyst with a prominent media presence in Greek and international outlets like Bloomberg and Reuters, commenting on capital markets and financial policy.
