Kong Pheng Pha is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, affiliated with the Gender & Women's Studies Department and Asian American Studies Program. His research centers on Hmong American experiences in the diaspora, exploring intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and social justice. He previously taught at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for six years and earned his PhD in American studies from the University of Minnesota.
