Kolapo Ajuwon

Kolapo Ajuwon is a Professor of Animal Sciences at Purdue University's College of Agriculture. His research focuses on adipose biology, nutritional physiology, and obesity-related metabolic dysfunction. He investigates mechanisms of adipose tissue inflammation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and the anti-inflammatory effects of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
