Kola Yusuff is a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of the West of England (UWE Bristol). He joined UWE in Autumn 2022 after teaching at the University of Reading and holds a PhD in Management Studies from Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK).
- Education: BSc, MSc, PhD in Management Studies, PGCert LTHE, FHEA
His research examines ethical, political, and social implications of technological advancements, focusing on:
- Business ethics and societal impact
- Regulation of Big Tech firms
- Discourse analysis in institutional dynamics
- Organizational change and leadership
He actively supervises PhD candidates exploring topics in business, work, and society using qualitative methods. His recent publication in Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal investigates accountability frameworks for social media firms through discursive contestation in public hearings.
