Kodippili Arachchige Dimuthu

Dimuthu Kodippili Arachchige is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Computing at DePaul University and concurrently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Illinois Chicago. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from DePaul University (2024), an M.S. in Renewable Energy from the University of Agder (Norway), an M.S. in Electronics and Automation from the University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka), and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ruhuna (Sri Lanka).

His research focuses on Robotics and Cyber-physical Systems Engineering, emphasizing interdisciplinary applications of computational methods to engineered systems. He is affiliated with the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society.

At DePaul, Dimuthu has taught courses such as CSC 299 Sophomore Lab in Applied Computing across multiple terms (2022-2024). Office hours are managed through the D2L platform. His academic roles span teaching, research, and postdoctoral contributions to advancing robotics and systems engineering.
