Kirti Shetty is a Professor of Medicine and Director of the Section of Hepatology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Her clinical and research focus spans hepatocellular carcinoma, cirrhosis, and viral hepatitis, with a particular emphasis on biomarker discovery for early liver cancer detection.
