Kirsty Warner is an Assistant Professor at the University of Warwick, affiliated with the Living with the Neighbours initiative and the UK in a Changing Europe project. Her research focuses on the intersection of EU-UK relations, cultural policy, and museum practices, analyzing how political shifts like Brexit and funding changes impact cultural institutions. She holds a PhD from King's College London (KCL), funded by the London Arts and Humanities Partnership, examining UK-EU dynamics and their influence on national museums from 1991–2021.
