Kinga Maior is a Lecturer in Modern Foreign Languages at the University of Glasgow, with additional responsibilities as an Associate Tutor in Creativity Culture & Faith. She has been teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP), academic study skills, and research methods at institutions such as INTO Newcastle, Kaplan International, and the University of Glasgow since 2011, and has supervised TESOL students since 2018.
Her research focuses on:

- Enhancing formative and summative assessment through digital tools
- Structured collaboration and interactive feedback mechanisms
