Kimmo Malin

Kimmo Malin is a University Lecturer and Deputy Head of Department at the Law School, Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies at the University of Eastern Finland. His primary research focuses on environmental law, real estate law, and administrative law, with particular expertise in land use, municipal legal frameworks, and project law applications in energy and environmental contexts. He is affiliated with the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law (CCEEL) and the Environmental Law Research Group.
